An Annual General Meeting of the East Perth District Basketball Association Inc (EPDBA) will be held as follows:

Venue: Wellington Room, Morley Sport and Recreation Centre, Morley, Western Australia

Members are invited to attend and participate in the business of the Association.

3. Confirmation of Minutes – Previous Annual General Meeting

4. Chairman’s Report – Tabled

5. Director of Finance Report – Including presentation of the financial statements of the Association as at 30 September

6. General Business

   • All Notices of Motion must be lodged with the Secretary at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.

7. Election of Board of Directors

   • Nominations must be received at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the meeting.
